Wes decided he wanted Moroccan food last weekend, and he wanted to cook it himself. We set out for the grocery store and Costco to get the required ingredients and then he did the rest (kind of...I chopped up most of the vegetables)
Lamb + Onions + Fennel + a bunch of spices + Garlic + Dates cooked in the picture below (Tagine Cooker) served with Couscous is extremely good!
We picked this up at the Le Creuset Outlet store for our early Christmas present. It is so pretty and a really cool item to have to cook meats.
