proof (barely) that madre and padre came to visit
Mom and Dad White came for few days visit. We didn't do much except talk politics, eat, relax, attempt a puzzle (mom stayed up way too late!), and finally venture to the Bay Area to drive to Mt. Diablo (after making a pit stop at the Jelly Belly Factory).
Mt. Diablo ("the devil" for you spanish speakers out there) is a CA state park at has a magnificent view. On a clear day you can see into San Francisco. If you squint hard you can see the city in the picture and the Golden Gat Bridge. On a perfectly clear day, they say you can see to Mt. Shasta (that's all the way near the Oregon-Cali border). Our day, as you can see was not perfectly clear. We had quite omnious, darks clouds over head and they were strangely beautiful.
Mom hates her picture taken, but I snapped a few anyway. I didn't get very many of dad and I forgot to get the camera out for most of there visit. Thus the post title-barely proof of there visit.

I like that photo of dad, it looks like he's got his arm resting on that fence. Kind a funny! Tiff
