Yoga

Today I am thankful for yoga. For the past month I have been to yoga classes twice a week. It gives me time to reflect on so many things. Sometimes I just get to remember that the air we breath is from a Heavenly Father. Sometimes I get to recognize that some days are just not as good as other-and that's okay!

I won't lie, I do an hour of yoga just to experience the 5 minute Shavasana pose (tranquility pose) at the end of class. It is heavenly! I am truly thankful for 5 minutes of pure relaxation.

I'm off to yoga...
