Sheesh!! I'm glad I didn't book my tickets for the MJ concert in London. I can't believe he died today. I know he is a totally crazy, but he is the King of Pop whose music I love to dance to and now he's gone. Farah Fawcett died today too. I guess the 70's and 80's are dying. Wes would say, if only their music would go with them too. He hates 80's music (although I have converted him to a few of the 80's tunes, he just doesn't know they are from the 80's, he, he). I don't.
In the political world I think South Carolina's Governor may be at the end of his era too. What's with all these sleezy politicians and their extramarital affairs? I suppose it's been happening forever. Technology has just made us more aware of it. I feel bad for his wife. I'm glad she didn't stand by him while he was making his ridiculous apology speech where he said he was sorry to the woman he was having an affair with before he said sorry to his wife. And those love letters, that's got to be embarrasing! What a day for blogging.
