The 2008 Beijing Olympics have arrived!
A few years ago, I had a friend at UVSC that was engaged to be married. She was telling all of us (the bookstore crew) the details of her wedding. Marjorie, my somewhat older co-worker asked her how she had met her husband. My friend told her that they met while volunteering at the Olympics. Marjorie, who had a difficult time hearing what she said, exclaimed, "Dealing Pigs". We all broke out in laughter. I think I may email Marjorie today and wish her a great time watching "Dealing Pigs". Good times!
*Say "Dealing Pigs" aloud. It is suprisingly similar to "the Olympics"

Don't you just love dealing pigs. I loved the 4x 100 relay with Michael Phelps. They beat the French and won the gold. It was awesome.
